Saya pun berfikir sejenak dan mengiyakan dalam arti benar jika linux belajar dari windows. Memang benar adanya, layaknya tidak mungkin ada anak jika tidak ada orang tua. Linux adalah anaknya, walau bagaimanapun pada saat jaya orang tuanya atau yang lebih tua dan pintar, mungkin tidak akan melebihinya dari sudut pandang manapun itu. Masih ada keterbatasan yang dapat di lakukan seorang anak sepintar apapun dia.
Entah jika di kemudian hari ketika sang orang tua ini tidak mampu lagi menapakan kakinya karena sendi-sendinya yang begitu lemah. Si anak mungkin baru dapat melebihi orang tua itu, real berlomba untuk lari pun si orang tua tidak akan kuat lagi. Tapi apakah sama dengan windows dan linux/unix ? masih menjadi pertanyaan yang cukup besar.
Itulah kenyataan hidup yang kita juga alami, ketidak tahuan kita terhadap apa yang akan terjadi esok. Walau demikian tidaklah kita pesimis, kita berusaha Tuhan lah yang menentukan. Semaksimal mungkin usaha harus kita lakukan, perlu di ingat roda akan selalu berputar. Tetaplah menatap kedepan dan berjalan dengan tegap. (rino)
